MESSAGE FROM GROUP CHAIRMAN
The Group Chairman, Mr. Amit Puri is a passionate leader who intends to take PCA to new heights. He intends to build upon the current capabilities of PCA to align with his vision “To Electrify every Home in Nigeria” and build robust & sustainable infrastructure for Nigeria. Under his leadership PCA group will carry forward the legacy of Late Sh. Suresh Puri and will uphold highest ethical business practices, incorporate best of the technologies, invest in R&D and will develop a rich pool of skilled manpower resource comprising Nigerians.
LATE MR. SURESH PURI – (FOUNDER)
Power Control and Appliances Limited was founded by late Mr. Suresh Puri, an Indian with strong business acumen. He hailed from a well-established Industrialist family, with businesses in Nigeria, Dubai, Europe and India. He spent major part of his working life in contributing to the growth of the company across various sectors in Nigeria.
Prior to this he was a director of Bhojsons Group. Under Mr. Puri’s strong leadership, the group has delivered solid business results. He was instrumental in the business’ expansion and a strong believer in corporate social responsibility efforts of the group. His foresight has always positioned the companies right to face global challenges thereby giving the group an edge over competition.

Mr. Amit Puri
Group ChairmanA Management professional and he hails from a well-established family of Industrialist, with business in Nigeria, Dubai, Europe and India. He is strategic thinker and is extremely passionate about Power and his vison “To Electrify every Home in Nigeria”, has introduced latest technologies in the sector.
Always keen to Develop and to Achieve Organisation Results and to take care of Staff of the Group. He supports lot of Charity and has been involved in carrying out Community Development Programs in Nigeria, UK, Dubai and India.
Under his leadership PCAL is expanding presence in various areas of power sectors.
Mr. Saravanan Manoharan
Group Managing Director (GMD)A Qualified Management Graduate with Specialization in Finance (MBA-Finance) from India and having more than 2 Decades of Rich Experience. He has worked in India (12 yrs) with branded Multi-National Companies like Wyeth/Pfizer Inc. with vast knowledge in Business Development, Administration and Finance and Accounts. He is multifaceted professional and is with our group for more thank a decade and has been handling the Group Business and Banking and Treasury Facilities, Audit, etc. in Nigeria, Dubai & India.
Mr. Abhishek Joshi
Head of PowerA hardcore Energy & Power management professional with over 14 years of experience working in Power & Renewable Sector across India, Middle East and Africa in leadership roles. His experience of West Africa market is majorly in energy and infrastructure projects He has successfully led Business Development initiatives and his area of specialization includes Business Development, SCM, People Management and Laisioning with decision makers with Government and Private Sector. He provides long term and sustainable solutions in diverse verticals of Power Sector. He has built a formidable team comprising of Locals and Expats at various levels (Foot soldiers, strategists, domain partners etc.)
Mr. Ravi Nayyar
Executive Director (Sales Marketing)He studied Business Management in Russia. He is a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of experience across India ,Russia and Nigeria in Sales and Distribution of Company’s Goods and Services. He is managing the Sales and Marketing Activities of the company to deliver excellent value for the customers’ resources while making sure that the company’s Values and Objectives are assured.
Engr Oommen Thomas
Project HeadA qualified seasoned Engineer with over 27 years of experience in Power Sector across India and Africa. He is a Project Management expert worked majorly with Chemical Industry and Utilities and he has been handling Projects from 11kV to 330KV for the company and under his astute leadership PCA has completed many EPC Projects in last 11 years. His vast experience in Project Mgmt. has contributed a lot in Project Planning and timely Execution and Successful Commissioning.
Engr. Olaitan Fatai Odumosu
Executive Director (Technical)A qualified Engineer and Ex-PHCN Business Manager with over 37 years of Experience in Power Sector. Successfully completed Various Turnkey EPC Projects under his supervision/guidance. He has vast experience in Engineering field and his experience and guidance helps us a lot in Planning, Execution and Successful Commissioning of Projects as per schedule.
Engr. Abhilash Kumar
Business Development & TendersA qualified Engineer, has more than 14 years of experience in Business development, Tendering, Project planning, coordination and procurement for Substation, Rural Electrification and Transmission line Projects.
ENGR UKIWE, E.K (MNSE)
Business Development & TendersA qualified Engineer, has more than 17 years of experience to his credit and responsible for doing the laisioning work with all the government agencies and also specialized in Tendering assignments. He is one of the professional who does multitasking assignments at ease with perfection.

Group Financial ControllerAn associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A Qualified Chartered Accountant, has more than 15 years of experience to his credit both in India & Nigeria. He holds an expertise in strategic planning, controlling, corporate financial reporting, taxation and legal affairs.
Ms. Neetu Nayyar
Head of HR and AdminShe is heading Admin & HR since 2000 and having two decades experience of Nigeria. She is responsible for creating an engaging office environment and positive interactions with all employees. She has 23 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Administration & Financial Reporting. She has been managing Admin & HR function from scratch backed by system & process implementation development. Expert in technical and interpersonal skills to enhance speed and accuracy of administrative tasks, organizational efficiency and team building.
