POWER CONTROL AND APPLIANCES LTD. has built a reputation with its high quality services. To ensure that this quality will continue, we back our service with modern equipment, the finest materials, rigid quality control, and of course, highly dedicated staff.

PCAL considers quality to be of prime importance in it’s services. Quality is obtained by the use of skilled personnel, understanding and fulfilling our clients' needs and expectations, monitoring our service, and by using procedures as outlined in the company quality assurance manual. These procedures and processes are measured for their accuracy.

The continuing development and implementation of our quality management system. Achieving compliance with the requirements of the quality management system by continually reviewing and improving its effectiveness so that all client requirements are met.

Ensuring there is availability of resources for all activities affecting quality. This includes full backing for the Quality, Environmental and Safety Team whose function is to develop, monitor and provide assistance in the implementation of all Policies and communicate the importance of meeting customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.

Ensuring that quality objectives are established at all levels of the organization, with the aim of continually improving the product and services we provide and so enhancing customer satisfaction.

Ensuring that senior management reviews the performance of the quality management system so that progress with existing quality objectives can be assessed and new ones are established as necessary.
