Though our company is engineering Service Company we will fulfill this bill by adopting policies:

Horizontal collaboration and partnerships with local companies.
Extensive training and technology transfer.
PCA Ltd. is committed to use maximum Nigerian professional/skilled/unskilled labor, equipment, material, and services on all projects except in stringent conditions whereby we might have to employ expatriates.
