Reinforcement of Ukpilla 132/33kV Substation with 1 x 60MVA, 132/33kV Power Transformer at Ukpilla, Edo State
Scope of Work:
❖ Erection of 1 nos. 132kV Line Bay (1 no. fully equipped diameter) ❖ Complete Installation of 1 x 60MVA, 33/34.5kV Power Transformer plus 1 no. station service transformer ❖ Construction of 132kV & 33kV Busbars ❖ Installation of Earthing Reactor, 132kV and 33kV Control Panels ❖ 132kV and 33kV Instrument Transformers for metering and protection of Installation ❖ Installation of Deep Cycle Battery Banks / Charger System ❖ Provision & Installation of 50kVA Sound Proof Diesel Generator ❖ Construction of Access Roads, Perimeter Fencing, Switchyard gravelling, Lighting and related works ❖ Provision of effective Earthing Systems for entire Substation ❖ Installation of IEC 61850 compliant communication Protocol ❖ Construction of Cable Trench, laying and termination of all Power and Control Cables ❖ Testing, Commissioning and maintaining within defect liability period ❖ Procurement & Installation of 2 x 60MVA, 132/34.5kV Transformers
